Job Title: Information Technology Manager (Up to £425 outside ir35)

Role: Application support manager/IT support engineer (Level 3)

Location: London, Hybrid 2/3 days in office.

Type: Contract

Compensation: Up to £425 (1 year Contract)

Are you an IT wizard with a knack for vendor management and seamless tech support?

Role Summary: We’re working working with a luxurious auction house specialising in selling fine arts and antiques. They are in search for a Application support manager (Level 3) who can solve the most challenging technical issues that can arise during the companies busiest seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring performance aligns with agreements.
  2. Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for vendor governance.
  3. Facilitate effective communication between business and vendors, acting as a liaison.
  4. Lead internal IT support teams, providing end-user support, particularly to executive staff.
  5. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring root cause identification and corrective actions.
  6. Create and update documentation, manuals, and training materials for new technology users.

Qualifications:

  1. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with O365, including SharePoint and Exchange Online.
  2. Proven leadership experience in managing IT support teams and vendor relationships.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  4. Experience in managing a ticket queue and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of instructing non-technical audiences.
  6. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various duties; ITIL certification is desirable.
