I am helping a start up within an incubator to help source an experienced Product Manager. They are looking for someone to come in and aid with innovation, whilst developing and growing existing products. The start up is aiming to transform the energy sector by simplifying it. The team is at the forefront of forward thinking and allowing innovative solutions to come to fruition.

💸 Salary: Up to £700/710 per day (Inside IR35)

📊Key Skills Required:

You must be able to start within a month of interviewing

  • Experience of working closely with technical and design teams
  • Experience of developing and launching products
  • Experience of working on 0-1 and 1-10 products
  • Experience of driving product vision and go to market strategies
  • Experience of working with B2B products
  • Experience of working with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience negotiating scope and dependencies. Proven influencing and persuasion skills to operate successfully among multiple stakeholder groups with varying priorities.
  • Experience working working within Supply Chain or Fulfilment is advantageous
  • Experience of Software Development is a must- ideally you will have a computer Science Degree or come from a Software Engineering background

  • Experience developing JavaScript and ideally Go, with an appetite to learn and implement new technologies outside Java
  • Well-versed in modern development practices including Agile, DevOps, cloud native and utilising providers such as AWS
  • You are passionate about developing others through mentoring and coaching
