You will:

  • Productionise NLP Pipelines: Deploy & manage NLP models (fraud detection, risk assessment) with a focus on NER. Leverage CI/CD & containers for seamless integration & scalability.
  • Automate ML Workflows: Build robust MLOps pipelines to automate data ingestion, pre-processing, model training & serving for efficient NLP workflows.
  • Champion NLP Expertise: Collaborate with data science teams, translate model requirements into operational considerations, & champion continuous improvement of NLP models.

We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience building and deploying NLP models, strong grasp of statistics, ML techniques, and proficiency in Python.
  • MLOps & Cloud Infrastructure: A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of text mining and NLP models and systems.
  • Collaborate with a team of software engineers, machine learning engineers and subject matter experts.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team specialising in text mining.
  • Continuously improve and maintain existing ML infrastructure and pipelines for text analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering ML products in Agile environments.
  • Expertise in NLP, ML, and statistical modelling, including text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
