Of course for such innovation they need to hire someone who shares their passion for moving on and always adapting, this is a key personality trait needed. You don't just love technology, you are a people person, you enjoy interacting and seeing those around you get better! A history of managing teams of 6 and having proven experience of delivering projects whilst also helping them improve is what will be required.
You have experience of building products that scale, you can communicate clearly how you did this and not just use buzz words but really get in to the detail of the approach you and the team took.
The role is 80% hands-off with the rest being more architecture & high level design focussed as well as code reviews.
