This FinTech company has a long history of traditional finance offerings, but has now expanded its product offerings into the Web3/Blockchain side and is in search for engineers to join them as they grow out their team in this area. Their next hire will be a Principal Engineer that can contribute to the leading of highly technical/complex projects, with a mix of architecture and development work as well.

Working Policy: Hybrid – 2 office visits a week

Interview process: 3 stages

Salary: £90-110k

As a Principal Engineer you’ll bring your wealth of experience (8+ years) within python development and financial/trading to help the team reach the next level and bring their Web3 products to life!
