As a Lead Engineer in this small team you'll be setting examples and helping to implement best practices
You'll be one of the people the Head of Engineering turns to on architecture and be part of wider conversations around strategy|
So if you have:
- Experience developing JavaScript and ideally Go, with an appetite to learn and implement new technologies outside Java
- Well-versed in modern development practices including Agile, DevOps, cloud native and utilising providers such as AWS
- You are passionate about developing others through mentoring and coaching
