History
TRG's founders, Phill Bateman and Paul Wakeman, have highly successful track records attained from their previous positions as top consultants at a well-known IT Recruitment firm.
Their backgrounds in Enterprise software sales and Microsoft centric technologies, together with a desire to better serve the IT industry through the use of a more individual and specialist approach, resulted in TRG's launch in 2005.
