Paul has over 10 years experience in leadership and sales within enterprise software and recruitment industries. Starting his career for a leading ERP software vendor Paul went on to begin his recruitment career for a well known recruitment group as a consultant specialising in Microsoft centric technologies, where he became the top salesman. In May 2005, Paul co-founded TRG where he was able to expand his ideas and exacting standards for seamless candidate delivery and professional client management. Outside of work Paul is a family man and lives in Berkshire with his wife Georgina and son Harry.
